We’re delighted to announce that Wingate has retained its Investors in People Platinum accreditation, the third consecutive time we have achieved the highest standard available.
This means we’ve now held Platinum status continuously for nine years, something we’re incredibly proud of.
Awards and accreditations are welcome recognition, but what makes this one particularly meaningful is how it is assessed. The outcome is based on confidential feedback from our people about their experience of working at Wingate, our culture, leadership, development opportunities and the way we support one another.
For us, the result reflects the values that underpin the business every day: putting people first, supporting colleagues and clients alike, doing the right thing and being a force for good through the work of the Wingate Foundation.
Wingate Managing Director Ben Clarke said:
Retaining Platinum accreditation for a third time is a fantastic achievement and one that belongs to everyone across Wingate.
The assessment is driven by the views and experiences of our people, so this recognition is a reflection of the culture they have helped to build. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and grateful to everyone who contributed to the process.
While it’s important to celebrate success, we’re equally focused on continuing to improve. The assessment gives us valuable feedback and we look forward to building on that over the next three years.
A huge thank you to every member of the Wingate team for their contribution. This achievement belongs to all of you.
When receiving this award we were given feedback from Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People:
We’d like to congratulate Wingate. Platinum accreditation on “We invest in people” is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Wingate in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.
